Your Visit to our Office
Your appointment will consist of a consultation during which we do a comprehensive examination and take diagnostic films. We will determine whether root canal treatment is indicated and discuss any special considerations involving your case. We will explain your diagnosis and review your treatment options, as well as the risks, benefits and prognosis of each option. Most often, treatment can be done the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan will require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment. A separate pre-operative consultation is also required for patients opting to undergo oral sedation and for those considering IV sedation.
